iTeller

2004 continues to be a year of change for us at American Federal Credit Union.  Please see the items below for the latest information relating to AFCU and its services.

Reorder your AFCU Checks Online!
Our new check partner, Deluxe, allows you to reorder your checks online.  To reorder, or to check on an existing order, simply click on the link below.  For security reasons, brand new orders must still be made with our office staff.

AFCU Internet Banking is HERE
We have officially launched our iTeller product. Our Internet Teller application enables you to do your own account research and to view the front and backs of your checks. We are also offering bill-pay functionality.  To sign-up, give us a call or visit our office during normal working hours.

Debit / Check Cards are HERE
AFCU has begun issuing its new Debit Cards to its existing ATM card holders.  Open sign-ups for those who don't presently have an AFCU ATM card will begin shortly.  Call the credit union for more information.

Improved Statements
We are partnering with a printing company to completely overhaul our statements. Our new and improved monthly and quarterly statements will be easier to read and include helpful summary information.

MARTHA
Taking away Martha, our audio-response system, has been a very difficult decision for us. A very small percentage of our members were using MARTHA, but those that were really relied on her. To those who depended on her, our belief is that once we have Internet Teller operating and you can access and print your account information from any computer, you will find yourself able to balance and monitor your accounts much more quickly and accurately than you ever could using MARTHA. That being said, we are still open to your feedback about the issue and continue to update the Board of Directors on the MARTHA situation each month.
